Following several years internal and external property recruitment experience within large and small organisations, a forward thinking and boutique property recruitment consultancy was formed by Andrew Turner in 2020, alongside his Co-Director Sarah Turner. They wanted to make a real change in the recruitment industry, which would be based solely around candidate experience, client satisfaction and above all transparency.

Whilst their focus is on day to day recruitment, both have a desire and ambition of helping improving certain aspects of the property industry. Sarah’s focus is on underrepresentation within the property industry, work that Sarah is especially passionate about having spent a great deal of time on this at Greater Manchester Police. Whilst Andrew is keen to focus on improving the number of apprenticeships/trainees that organisations bring into their companies, therefore building from the bottom up, to begin to counter the skills shortage within the construction industry.

Andrew has a 2:1 BSc (Hons) Building Surveying degree from Salford University and was a Building Control Surveyor for 8 years before moving into Recruitment in 2013.

He has worked in both an internal and external property recruitment capacity for some leading external recruitment agencies and internally as a Talent Acquisition Manager for medium/large well known Real Estate organisations.

Andrew’s interests include watching his beloved football team Manchester United and spending time with his son Joshua-Paul.



Sarah studied at Manchester Metropolitan University where she achieved a BA (Hons) in Business Studies.

Most recently she has worked for Greater Manchester Police in their learning + development team, with a particular passion for improving representation of underrepresented groups within the Police service, which she wishes to continue within the property sector.

Sarah’s interests include hiking, and travels with the family.
